Spectrum will lie faster than you can use a megabyte.

I have been a Spectrum customer for over 15 years. I have their gigabyte service. After hurricane Helene, and my power was on, I was without service for five weeks. I was told I would be credited for the service I did not have, but to wait a few months. They now tell me I was not affected and I will be getting no credit. They claim they can’t look back further than 60 days. It’s only $135 but it is the principle. I had to work from wireless hotspot on my phone for five weeks.

Good, But Room for Improvement

Spectrum's internet is reliable enough, yet speed can fluctuate. Customer service is hit or miss. For the price, I'd expect more consistency.

I'm not keeping

My spectrum internet drops multiple times per day, and I pay over $200 a month for internet & cable that I can't watch or use half the time. I'm not keeping it, and for sure I can't afford it.

Spectrum Internet

Too expensive, paying more than $40/mo for broadband is a rip off. The lowest plan is now over $60 per month. They have a monopoly on broadband where I live so there is no alternative. Government regulation and price control are needed. The TWC merger has not been good, should not have been allowed. Prices went up.
