Raised my price even though the price was advertised as recurring. Such a shady operation.
Public Service Announcement: You should AVOID Incero / Wable / SpeedyKVM when selecting a hosting provider. They have a policy of bait-and-switching and hiking prices >100% after the first payment term, without telling you upfront. Do not buy from them.
These guys are such dicks and might be a scam. First time I want to buy something from you and you tell me to go away AFTER you have me send my photo Id and credit card. Are you gathering personal data for identity theft?
Purchased a VPS to use for our company's website. About 24 hours later I couldn't access the VPS or my account. No notification or alerts, very poor business ethics with this company. Complete waste of time. This is a bad business, AVOID them.
Please just be aware that speedykvm may cancel your service suddenly.. just stay away.
My VPS was deleted and refunded with no notice or reason.
Deleted my order. No phone, email, nothing. Apparently they don't need the business. It just speaks to a complete lack of giving a damn about your customers. I'm glad I found out before I moved all my sites there.
STAY AWAY, RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY -- Purchased a VPS with SpeedyKVM, but there was an outage within a day of sign up so I canceled. A few days later I gave them another shot (shit happens), again though I couldn't use the server because of an outage. At this point I cancel again and Jeff from SpeedyKVM (Incero) sends me an email calling me a fake and other nonsense because I requested a refund. Apparently they really hate when you cancel their service. To add insult to injury they listed my private personal details and false information on some third party site after I canceled and posted reviews. To cover up their outage and BAD SERVICE they stated I was a spammer (I could never use their service it was down). This can all be verified by their own status reporting on their twitter account. The multiple Dallas outage posts match the timeline in June 2016 when i was attempting to use their VPS service. (twitter.com/InceroStatus). AVOID, you have been warned.
