We manage an HOA in Fullerton that contracted Sifi Networks for the installation of a fiber optic network throughout the community in 2025. Upon completion of the project, the crews left behind spray paint markings, taped trash bags, and caused damage to portions of the landscaping.
When we initially contacted Sifi Networks to request proper cleanup and restoration, we were informed that no work had been performed at the property and that a Fullerton-based representative would follow up, as their company is headquartered in Denmark. This response was both inaccurate and concerning as we had a signed contract with the company confirming their work. After further escalation, I was able to connect with the project manager, who subsequently arranged for a crew to return to the site.
While an attempt was made to address the cleanup, the method used to remove the markings appears to have caused additional and significant damage to the asphalt. This is unacceptable, especially given that the asphalt was resurfaced only a year and a half ago. We would not recommend their services.
dont fall for it they only care about profit and there investors
big money grab from the uk
The speeds are impressive, offering streaming and fast downloads, which is a significant step up from my previous provider. However, I've encountered some inconsistency in connection stability. Customer service has been generally responsive, but resolution times can be slow. Overall, it's a decent choice for high-speed internet, but with some caveats.
