An already flawless provider, Pathway recently increased the speed from very fast to extremely fast at no additional cost to me.
One of my cats chewed through the fiber cable inside my house. Clearly this was a "me" problem and Pathway had nothing to do with it. Nevertheless, they were very quick to respond and repair the damage. Compare this with my previous service provider (CenturyLink) which took two weeks to respond to a "their" problem.
I am particularly happy that Pathway is a local provider which provides great and prompt service. I feel as-if I'm a member of the Pathway family. Am I gushing about Pathway? Absolutely but only because they've earned my devotion.
If you're trying to decide between ISPs, you won't regret choosing Pathway.
Have had them for 3 months and been out of service more than been on. Tickets get lost no call backs tech's are clueless.
I've been with Pathway Com-Tel for about a year in Hubbard, and their service is okay. I did have an outage that lasted a few days. Though, when working it has been good for streaming, gaming, and work.
