I am unable to access my hostdime.com (surpasshosting.com) reseller account, and my sites and clients are down again. They are unreliable and will ruin your business.
It has been so awful with hostdime and so many issues! The most unreliable web hosting service I have ever seen! My entire website is down AGAIN, and emails and webmail is completely down AGAIN. Awful experience, over 6 months with many SERIOUS issues.
If you consider hosting with hostdime or surpass hosting, be aware they did not lift a finger to help me with Denial-of-Service / DDoS attacks and now refuse to provide any records of the attack afterwards. I have detailed tickets of their failure to help and refusal to provide docs.
When you do everything to cancel a service professionally and timely, and the company "hostdime" extorts you for a month’s service because you didn’t fill out the correct form. They then prorate you based on a policy, not actual usage (like they’re being nice). Buyers beware!
All servers down for almost 24 hours now! Horrific!
HostDime service is truly terrible. It goes down without a warning every other month. We are moving out all our accounts.
HostDime is a company that has only given us problems, repetitively they fail, they have vulnerabilities and they have their terrible customer service.
