I would suggest everyone to stay away from these blackmailers on SITE5 hosting

I cannot issue enough caution about Site5 web hosting. I have never had a worse customer service experience in all my years of business. It is impressively bad. If you need a web hosting company, I am sure there are hundreds of better options.

Site5 the company got sold and everything changed. They have the worse technical support. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

My website has been down for over 24 hours. Support keeps telling me they will resolve "soon". I need escalated support and am not getting it.

Stay away from Site5 hosting. I am paying for two accounts because that is the only way to get PHP updated so that it is not EOL. It has been three days since they have started migrating & not a peep!

Ticketing system is non-existent. Phone wait times are over an hour. Chat system doesn't work. As far as I can tell they don't provide customer support. What's a guy gotta do!?!

Warning. Site5 web hosting is the worst I have ever experienced. I don't give negative reviews often, but sometimes it is just needed. I cancelled my account a year ago and they charged me again last week and won't refund the charge. Theft. If you need web hosting avoid…
