They abruptly cancelled my "lifetime" discount. The experience has been upsetting, they aren't a genuine or honest company. Not even sure if that's even legal.
If you are considering ordering from Oplink, please don't. If you are already Oplink customer, just realize that you may not be getting same service as other customers.
They now appear to have removed the review option from their Facebook page, probably due to all of the bad reviews popping up. Seems like a lame attempt at trying to cover up the bad reviews. They also appear to be posting fake positive reviews to various review sites without disclosure, which is a violation of FTC rules and obviously very shady.
Did not setup my server correctly. I sent clear instructions. Ignorant and brainless.
Incompetent. Don't waste your time. Claims my VPS order was fraud even though it was paid with my confirmed and verified business PayPal account. No phone call to verify the order, no return email verification to the PayPal account for verification. No attempt to resolve any issues. Very amateurish.
