Atlantic.net is garbage. After deducting $1 said there was a problem with my card. How did you verify it in the beginning? This scammer, google it, has a lot of bad records.

It's a shame that their service ended up being so poor, because I really liked their cloud (VPS) interface. I have also used their service on and off for many years, back when they were a dial up provider in FL. So after setting up a VPS for my own private OpenVPN usage I received an email from them stating that I was making malicious floods. When I replied showing them the flood was to my own home IP address and that it was from normal OpenVPN usage, I received several rude responses until they finally unsuspended the VPS server, but then they rate limited the bandwidth. I have a very fast home Internet connection (475 Mbps) and it apparently freaked them out when I actually used the service and bandwidth they advertise. Downloading that fast is a flood and malicious in their minds. Based on these thing I do not recommend using their service for anything serious or business orientated.

Do not for any reason use Atlantic.Net. I had initially thought they were viable, but have found out otherwise. Avoid them at all costs.
