Poor Uptime, No support
Their AWS Lightsail service seems like a good deal, even cheap, but some things I experienced like poor uptime and being unable to obtain support without paying a hefty cost made the service unusable for business purposes. Might be okay as a dev machine only. I moved to DataPacket.Net VPS Hosting and now I can sleep at night.

The support for awscloud may be a joke (would cost 6x my monthly hosting bill), but the tooling is amazing. Amazon has really wrapped me in its ecosystem, even though I tried to avoid the whole "ecosystem mindset".
